Abstract

Sixteen novel 3-methylthio-5-substituted benzamido-6-arylamino-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4 (5H)-one derivatives (4a–p) were successfully synthesized from iminophosphoranes, aryl isocyanate, and substituted benzoylhydrazine. The structures of the title compounds were elucidated by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. Herbicidal activity of the compounds 4a–p against Brassica napus (rape), Echinochloa crusgalli (barnyard grass), Cucumis sativus (cucumber), and Triticum aestivum (wheat) were determined. The results showed that 5-(2-chlorobenzamido)-6-phenylamino-3-methylthio-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4 (5H)-one (4c) displayed remarkable inhibition activity against the stalk and root of rape with 100% inhibition rate at the dosages of 10?mg/L and 100?mg/L, and 5-(4-nitrobenzamido)-6-phenylamino-3-methylthio-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4 (5H) -one (4d) exhibited excellent activity against the stalk and root of barnyard grass with 100% inhibition rate at the same dosages.  相似文献

5-Aminoindole and 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) were copolymerized electrochemically on a carbon cloth (CC) electrode in an aqueous sulfuric acid solution. The as-prepared copolymer was characterized by cyclic voltammogram, SEM, and UV-vis and FT-IR spectra through which the electrochemical properties, structure, and composition of the as-obtained copolymer were determined. The electrochemical activity and stability of the as-formed copolymer are significantly improved in comparison with poly(5-aminoindole) due to the incorporation of EDOT units into the conjugated chain. The copolymer film-modified CC electrode was used as substrate for Pt particle deposition (denoted as Pt/copolymer/CC), and then, its catalytic activity towards formic acid electrooxidation was studied. Experimental results indicate that the catalytic activity of Pt/copolymer/CC towards formic acid electrooxidation is enhanced in comparison with that of Pt/homopolymer/CC, which can be attributed to the homogeneous distribution of Pt nanoparticles on the copolymer/CC substrate and the improved electrochemical activity of the copolymer film.  相似文献

含氟体系中,在负载晶种的大孔莫来石支撑体表面快速合成了高性能且取向生长的T型分子筛膜。采用XRD、SEM和MASNMR等手段对分子筛膜层和粉末进行表征。讨论了添加物、氟硅比、合成温度和合成时间等条件对膜生长与分离性能的影响,并阐述了含氟体系中T型分子筛膜快速晶化的机理。碱金属氟盐的加入促进了T型分子筛晶体层的晶化速率,并对晶体层形貌产生了一定的影响。膜应用于75℃、水/异丙醇(10:90,w/w)体系的平均渗透通量和分离因子分别为(4.91±0.18)kg·m-2·h-1和7060±1130。  相似文献

以3-硝基邻苯二甲酸和咪唑及2,2’-联吡啶为配体构筑了2种配合物[Zn2(npa)2(Im)4](1)和[Cd2(npa)2(2,2’-bipy)2(H2O)2]·2H2O(2)(npa2-=3-硝基邻苯二甲酸根,Im=咪唑,2,2’-bipy=2,2’-联吡啶)。用元素分析、红外光谱对其进行了表征,并用单晶X-射线衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构;测定了配合物12的热稳定性。2个配合物均为双核分子,具有M2C8O4十四元大环结构。配合物1的双核单元通过分子间氢键形成3D网络结构,配合物2的双核单元通过分子间氢键和π-π堆积形成2D层状结构。  相似文献

Sonogashira coupling of (E)-α-iodovinylsilanes 1 with (trimethylsilyl)-acetylene gave (Z)-1,3-bis(trimethylsilyl)alk-3-en-1-ynes 2, which underwent a desilylation reaction to afford (Z)-3-(trimethylsilyl)alk-3-en-1-ynes 3 in good yields. (1E,3Z)-1-Arylseleno-3-(trimethylsilyl)-substituted 1,3-dienes 5 could be synthesized stereoselectively via hydrozirconation of (Z)-3-(trimethylsilyl)alk-3-en-1-ynes 3, followed by trapping with arylselenenyl bromides.  相似文献

2-Aminoarylketones undergo smooth condensation with α-methylene ketones in the presence of 10 mol% of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)–supported sulfonic acid under mild reaction conditions to afford the corresponding poly-substituted quinolines in excellent yields. The catalyst can be recovered by simple filtration and can be recycled in subsequent reactions. The method is simple, cost-effective, and environmentally benign.  相似文献

A novel, convenient, efficient, three‐step, one‐pot synthesis of 2‐oxazolidinones from phenyl 2‐hydroxyalkyl selenides was developed. Using this methodology, 2‐oxazolidinones are obtained in good yields (76–85%) by reaction of phenyl 2‐hydroxyalkyl selenides with benzoyl isocyanate and subsequent oxidation/cyclization, followed by hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid solution.  相似文献

Abstract

Cefpirome was synthesized in 37.7% overall yield from 3-chloromethyl-7-phenylacetylamino cephalosporanic acid p-methoxybenzyl ester (GCLE) by sequential substitution of C-3 chloride with iodide and 2,3-cyclopentenopyridine, followed by a one-pot procedure including deprotection of carboxyl group, hydrolysis of 7-phenylacetamido, and reaction with 2-mercaptobenzothiazolyl-(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetate (MAEM). The reaction conditions were as follows: obtained from GCLE at low temperature (?5 to 0 °C) and absence of light, 3-iodomethyl-7-phenylacetylamino cephalosporanic acid p-methoxybenzyl ester (GILE) without purification was reacted directly with 2,3-cyclopentenopyridine, in which the molar ratio of GCLE, NaI, and 2,3-cyclopentenopyridine was 1:2:4, and the molar ratio of the resulting compound p-methoxybenzyl 7-phenylacetylamido-3-(2,3-cyclopenteno-1-pyridinio)methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate iodide and MAEM was 1:1.1. The structure of the intermediate and the target compound obtained were determined by nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and mass spectroscopy.  相似文献
